Located in the Near Southside neighborhood, our small-group class structure allows us to provide specialized attention and build a strong, supportive community. We believe strength is a master quality, and by improving that, your fitness and overall quality of live will improve. In our classes, we will focus on barbells, kettlebells, body weight movements, and calisthenics. Our programming is designed to be scalable and progressive, accessible to all and with a clear, achievable goal in mind. Each StrongFirst certified coach at BellHaus Fitness is an expert in their field, dedicated to helping you find success.
