Are you looking for a fitness program, and unsure of where to start? Or perhaps you fell off track during the holidays, and need to get back in the habit. The answer? BHF Boot Camp.
Starting January 9th, this 6-week boot camp will challenge the new and experienced while providing results for all. Using a mixture of calisthenics, kettlebells, and body weight movements, our focus will be on providing heart pumping, fat burning workouts while building strength and lean muscle. There will be 3 classes per week: Tuesday/Thursday at 6am and Saturday at 8am. During these classes, your coach will teach you the fundamental movements, work on skills practice, and lead you through the day’s workout, safely and effectively.
Accountability is key, and BHF Boot Camp is all about community. Each day, you will walk in together, and you will leave sweatier together. Your coach will push you, and fellow boot campers will cheer you on. You will learn healthy habits along the way and when you’re done, have the confidence to tackle our strength & conditioning classes. You will become part of the BHF Tribe.
