Small-group classes provides the best of both worlds - personalized attention and a strong community. Classes are limited to 10 people or less and are designed for all levels to ensure an effective and safe workout for all. Barbell and Kettlebell training times are offered morning, noon, and night, accommodating a variety of schedules.
Barbell
Barbell Classes have a focus on the core barbell movements: squat, press, and deadlift. You will see diversity in the programming and variations of these movements through cyclical and progressive programming. Each class will begin with a warm-up and mobility work and end with a quick 10-15 minute "burner", where we will torch fat and encourage lean muscle gains.
These compound movements, paired with longer rest periods, are designed to maximize growth of an individual's muscular and central nervous system. With scaleable programming, individuals of all levels can participate and see measurable results.

KETTLEBELL
Kettlebell Classes will begin with a coach-led warm-up and mobility work, followed by a "skill work" session, where members will work on learning and developing that day's featured kettlebell skill. This can vary from one of the six core kettlebell movements to a unique variation such as bottoms up presses. Using those skills, the last portion of class will be focused on a kettlebell workout that will combine slower strength movements with more ballistic movements. With kettlebells ranging from 4kg to 48kg, we can provide a workout that is safe and effective for all levels and abilities.
