We all have to start somewhere. Our Fundamentals Course at BellHaus Fitness will do just that. Through semi-private training, this course allows you to learn the basic movements you will see in our classes. Working closely with one of our qualified coaches, you will leave confident that you can do the movements effectively and safely to achieve the best results.
Our Fundamentals Course is required for all that want work out at BellHaus Fitness in order to make sure you will be safe during our group classes.
